Michael J. Reale, P.E.
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Reale is the founder and CEO of Dynamic Staffing, Inc. He has held that position since the inception of DSI in 1995.  He previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Premier Health Staff as a partner from 1990 through its acquisition in 1997. Prior to 1990, Mr. Reale worked as an engineering consultant for various utilities around the United States.

Mr. Reale's professional memberships include; the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, the Power Engineering Society and the Computer Engineering Society, the California Staffing Professionals and the American Staffing Association. He has coached soccer, basketball and Little League Baseball for his two children.  Mr. Reale has also been a Cub Scout leader and is active in his church.

Keri J. Case
Chief Operations Officer

Keri Case began working for Dynamic Staffing, Inc. in 2004.  She held various positions within DSI until being promoted to COO in August 2006. Keri brings with her more than 13 years of staffing experience servicing clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging companies.  She clearly understands that no two clients are the same, and each one should be treated as a valued partner.  The majority of Keri's success within the staffing arena can be attributed to her "whatever- it- takes, can-do attitude."

Prior to joining DSI, Keri worked for several years in management for Robert Half International. She also lived and worked for many years in the Pacific Northwest for Manpower where she helped to create one of the industries first "on-site" staffing programs in 1994, when on-site staffing was nothing more than an idea.

Keri grew up in Orange County California, and went to college at Chapman University, majoring in Communications.  These days, when Keri isn't working for DSI, she is busy raising her son, coaching soccer, and she also sits on the Board of Directors for The Junior League of Sacramento.  [back]

Caesar Artolozaga
Director of Recruiting

Caesar is the Director of Recruiting at Dynamic Staffing, Inc. Caesar has held that position since November 2006. Prior to his current role, Caesar has spent the last ten years in the staffing industry in the following positions: VMS Program Manager for WorkforceLogic on-site at SVB Financial Group, VMS Practice Manager & Sr. Recruiter at Artizen, Inc., RSG (Remote Sourcing Group) Team Lead & Sr. Recruiter at ESG Consulting, Inc., Staffing Consultant & Sr. Recruiter at Quest Staffing Services, Global IT Corporate Recruiter at Cisco Systems, Inc., and VMS Administrator for Manpower Staffing Services on-site at Hewlett-Packard & Agilent Technologies.

Prior to his current career in staffing, Caesar spent 8 years in Computer and Telecommunications Product Engineering Support roles at Hewlett-Packard Company, Hello Direct, Inc., and Fujitsu Computer Products.  [back]

Steve Saucedo
Chief Financial Officer

Steve Saucedo is the Chief Financial Officer for Dynamic Staffing, Inc. Steve has held that position since October 2005. Steve brings with him more than 10 years of staffing industry experience. Steve prides himself on emphasizing strong customer service and that philosophy is carried out by his team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR's).

Prior to joining DSI, Steve has held positions in the staffing industry including a prior role as Controller for Essential Solutions Inc and Assistant Controller-Payroll/Billing Manager for Hall Kinion & Associates, where he helped position the Company for an IPO. In addition, he has held various other positions, including the Assistant Controller for Fry's Electronics, Sr. Accountant for Safeway Corporation, and as a contract consultant for A.Teichert & Son Inc.
